Why I Started
After years in critical care and hospital medicine, I witnessed firsthand how symptom-based treatment fails patients. I founded Prime Vitality to deliver truly integrative care and created TimeVitality.ai to bring AI-powered predictive health analysis to the masses. My mission is to transform healthcare from reactive disease management to proactive vitality optimization, empowering individuals to take charge of their longevity and wellness.

Wearing too many hats. I’m a practicing physician running a clinic, building an AI health platform, writing a book, hosting a podcast, and creating content—all simultaneously. The hardest part is finding a technical co-founder who gets both AI and functional medicine. I know what TimeVitality.ai should do clinically, but translating that into scalable tech while seeing patients every day is where I get stuck.
